Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
- Own the technical design and development of complex Salesforce projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce applications, integrations, and customizations.
- Ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing and code reviews.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- You will continue to evolve the functionality and capabilities provided through the platform to our Consumer Operations groups.
- You will bring expertise to the table to help evolve the operating model of the development team and provide guidance on Salesforce capabilities to the business community.
Impact You'll Make:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of total experience, with at least 4 years in Salesforce development.
- Extensive experience with Apex, Visual Force, SOQL, LWC, Service Cloud (Case Mgt, Email-to-Case, Web-to-Case), Integrations (LivePerson, Amazon Connect, custom integration of Salesforce with web applications).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex Salesforce projects.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, and other web services.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II) are highly desirable.
- Experience and knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and ETL tools.
- Experience and knowledge of working with MuleSoft integration.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies such as SCRUM.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Copado) for Salesforce development.
