Lead social media strategy across up to six internal brands, defining content pillars, tone, platform plans, calendars, and workflows. Guide creative collaboration, ensure brand and production quality, review content, and refine copy when needed. Monitor engagement and performance, identify trends, optimize formats and narratives, and advise the CEO and leadership on social opportunities and risks.
About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Social Media Manager to lead and elevate the internal social presence across up to six entities within our group, including Luna PR, Studio36, Chief Block, and Crypto Polo Cup. This is a high-level, strategic role reporting directly to the CEO and based full-time in the office.
This role is ideal for someone who is deeply plugged into current social media trends, understands what is working now versus what is already outdated, and can translate that knowledge into relevant, on-brand content across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Trend Leadership
- Own the internal social media strategy across up to 6 brands.
- Stay constantly up to date with current social media trends, formats, platform shifts, and algorithm changes, with a clear understanding of what is trending versus what is no longer effective.
- Advise the CEO and internal stakeholders on platform-specific opportunities and risks.
- Define content pillars, tone of voice, and platform strategy for each brand.
Content Direction & Collaboration
- Guide content ideation and direction across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok where relevant.
- Work closely with designers, videographer, and the Social Media Manager to bring ideas to life.
- Provide clear creative direction, briefs, and feedback, without necessarily being a direct people manager.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand positioning, audience, and business objectives.
Execution & Quality Control
- Create and oversee content calendars, posting schedules, and workflows.
- Work with Corporate Communications and Management teams to review and approve content before publishing.
- Ensure consistency, relevance, and high production standards across all entities.
- Step in hands-on when needed to refine copy, captions, or content direction.
Performance & Optimization
- Monitor performance and engagement across platforms.
- Track what content formats, hooks, and narratives are working.
- Optimize strategy based on data, trends, and platform changes.
- Share insights and recommendations directly with leadership.
Requirements
- 4-5+ years of experience in social media, preferably in a senior or lead role.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (TikTok a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to identify trends early and avoid outdated formats.
- Comfortable working closely with CEOs and senior leadership.
- Experience collaborating with creative teams (designers, videographers).
- Highly organized, proactive, and confident in decision-making.
- Background in PR, communications, Web3, tech, or events is a plus.
What this role offers
- Direct reporting line to the CEO.
- Ownership across multiple high-profile internal brands.
- Senior-level influence without traditional line management.
- Fast-paced, collaborative, office-based environment.
- Birthdays off!
- Visa, health insurance and 2 weeks work from anywhere policy on top of your PTO.
