Our Solutions Engineers are accustomed to solving our customer's hardest problems and closing our largest enterprise deals. You'll strategize on how to navigate winning sales cycles, provide compelling value-based demonstrations, support enterprise Proof of Concepts, and ultimately close business. Ideally you have 4 or more years of experience interacting with enterprise customers in a pre-sales or consulting capacity. You also have a proven track record of delivering successful customer outcomes with the ability to build trusted relationships with different stakeholders with the customer base. You preferably have a deep knowledge and understanding of the ITSM/ESM domain, or AI capabilities related to service management. You have been working extensively with the DACH market, and you speak German and English fluently. You're equally comfortable in both a business and technical context.
