About the role: 

We are looking for a Solutions Engineer, with proven experience in AI & Machine Learning, who can help some of the largest organizations in the world realize their Generative AI ambitions with Stability AI’s products and services. In this role, you will assess their needs, help them overcome technical challenges, and guide customers towards the right solutions to realize their ambitions. You will interact with senior technical stakeholders at customer organizations, and be a critical path to providing customer requirements and feedback to guide our product and research teams. You will also work closely with our key partners to educate their technical teams on our services, and design solutions we can take to market jointly.

Responsibilities: 

  • Be the product expert in pre-sales/partner engagements to answer technical questions, create & deliver proof of concept demonstrations, articulate value propositions, and provide technical competitive differentiation
  • Assist in the analysis, design and development of technology solutions for customers and partners
  • Qualify sales opportunities in terms of the technical requirements, competition, decision making process
  • Provide customer requirements and feedback to Stability AI’s product and research teams.
  • Engage and build trust with senior technical stakeholders at customer and partner organizations.
  • Develop technical assets to use in customer engagements, such as demos, technical guides/architectures, and solutions. 

Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of sales/solution/partner engineering experience covering a highly technical set of products
  • 3+ years supporting AI & Machine Learning products and services 
  • Experience in applied AI or ML research or data science
  • Proven experience within technology companies, especially cloud environments such as AWS and GCP
  • Demonstrated experience engaging with senior technology executives. Strong relationship building skills with a pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Solid interest and experience to work with generative AI models such as Stable Diffusion or large language models is a big plus
  • Excellent in public speaking and communicating technical concepts in a clear and precise manner.
