About Eye Security

Eye Security provides cybersecurity and embedded cyber insurance solutions for organizations across Europe. Headquartered in the Netherlands, we’ve grown to over 170 employees and continue to expand internationally.

We combine cutting-edge technology with hands-on expertise to detect, respond to, and recover from cyber threats in real time. Our team unites professionals from intelligence, military, tech, and consulting backgrounds - all driven by one mission: to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to every business, not just the big players.

At Eye, you’ll work on international projects, solving real-world challenges and helping to build a safer digital future for our clients.

About this role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll join Eye Security at a pivotal stage of growth and play a key role in our mission to make Europe digitally safer. You’ll help shape, scale, and continuously elevate our recruiting function, ensuring we attract, engage, and hire outstanding talent across both technical and non-technical roles.

We genuinely believe in quality over quantity. In this role, you’ll help raise the hiring bar - not just in who we hire, but in how we hire - while acting as a trusted partner to Hiring Managers and business leaders.

Beyond hands-on recruiting, you’ll own and drive impactful initiatives, collaborating across teams to optimize processes, metrics, and sourcing strategies. Your work will ensure we’re set up for sustainable, high-quality hiring as we continue to scale across Europe.

What You’ll Do

  • Build deep relationships with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to understand business goals, role profiles, hiring roadmaps, and talent gaps.

  • Own end-to-end recruiting processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer & closing, with a focus on quality and speed.

  • Design and optimize hiring processes (e.g. intakes, assessments, feedback loops) to ensure consistency and transparency, elevating the candidate & stakeholder experience at every stage of the process.

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies and talent pipelines: uncover passive candidates, explore different channels and new approaches to keep strong and healthy pipelines.

  • Use data and insights to measure performance and guide hiring decisions, as well as identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.

  • Contribute to building the TA function. You will lead/collaborate on cross-functional projects (e.g. tools optimization, processes improvement, employer brand, hiring manager enablement, talent intelligence, etc.)

What You Bring

  • Significant experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in fast-growing or scale-up environments, with exposure to both tech (engineering, product, data) and non-tech/business roles.

  • Strong business partnering skills: you communicate clearly, build trust with Hiring Managers, manage expectations, coach interviewers, and align hiring strategies with business priorities.

  • A sourcing-first mindset: you enjoy mapping talent markets, engaging passive candidates, and successfully closing top talent.

  • A data-driven approach: you track and act on recruiting metrics, using insights to influence decisions and improve processes.

  • A builder’s mentality: you enjoy designing, improving, and scaling recruiting processes, tools, and ways of working.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch or German is a plus), with the ability to collaborate across teams and seniority levels in an international environment.

  • Bonus: experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or a highly technical domain.

What We Offer

  • A meaningful mission: protect organizations across Europe from real-world cyber threats.

  • A remote-friendly culture with regular company-wide get-togethers, giving you the opportunity to collaborate in person and build strong team connections.

  • Work with top-tier professionals from national CERTs, intelligence agencies, and leading tech backgrounds.

  • Full ownership of a strategic function in a high-growth cybersecurity scale-up.

  • Weekly lunches (NL) and Thursday socials to stay connected.

  • A generous time-off policy, including wellbeing and volunteering days.

Ready to take ownership, bring ideas to life, and inspire others?
We’d love to hear from you. Apply now and become part of our mission at Eye Security.
