Role Overview: Your Day-to-Day
The Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a key role in shaping and executing the recruitment strategy for the company’s global technology and product organizations. This position is accountable for attracting, evaluating, and securing exceptional Tech professionals across our different markets, directly enabling the company’s international growth and innovation agenda. Serving as a strategic partner to business leaders and HR stakeholders, the role helps design, implement, and continuously enhance high-quality recruitment practices, while strengthening the employer brand within highly competitive tech talent markets.
This is a permanent, full-time position reporting to the HR Director.

Responsibilities:
- Leading end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of technology and product positions.
- Partnering closely with hiring managers and HRBPs to refine role requirements and workforce needs.
- Creating and executing targeted sourcing strategies to engage top and hard-to-find talent.
- Driving employer branding initiatives tailored to technical communities. Organizing events and actively participating in meetups sponsored by the company.
- Developing job descriptions and Employer Branding strategies tailored to attract Tech and Product professionals from Tech-first and product-led organizations.
- Providing hiring teams with labour market input, talent insights, and recruitment metrics.
- Maintaining an exceptional candidate experience throughout all touchpoints.
- Redefining recruitment processes and transforming how we use tools to elevate our approach and deliver stronger outcomes.
- Developing and nurturing long-term talent pools aligned with future organizational needs.
- Ensuring adherence to local employment regulations and company standards.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related discipline
- 7+ years of experience recruiting for technology roles, ideally within a global, multinational, or matrix environment.
- Strong background in proactive talent sourcing and market mapping.
- Demonstrated track record hiring across software engineering, product management, data, infrastructure, and related domains.
- Fluency in English.
- Valid EU work permit
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Nice-to-have
- Experience working as a recruiter at a headhunting firm.
- Fluency in second language (Spanish, Norwegian, Swedish, Italian, Portuguese or French).
