The Challenge
The Senior Technical Product Manager, Marketing Technology & Innovation role is based in Dublin and plays a critical part in leading and improving our Marketing Technology stack. The role emphasizes delivering significant value to our labels, under the umbrella of our parent company.
We work alongside the Label’s (2K, Zynga, and Rockstar Games) Marketing, Live-Services and CX teams, leading and supporting the underlying technology stack used to enhance Marketing capabilities and measurement in order to improve the Player experience.
The primary purpose of the role is to enable and further empower these teams to do what they do best – produce outstanding content and meaningfully engage players.
As a critical partner on an integrated team that includes Marketing Intelligence and Player Data & Tech, you'll work closely with product management leads, engineers, and data scientists to build highly scalable, customer-first experiences; applying automation and AI/ML models to power new capabilities across our marketing technology stack. Your responsibilities will include product ownership, gathering requirements, producing functional specs, hands-on as well as managing delegated execution.
What You’ll Take On
TECHNICAL LEADERSHIP
- Lead technical feasibility, solution design, and delivery execution, defining architecture across APIs, data, and integrations while ensuring non-functional requirements (privacy, security, performance, reliability) are addressed
- Translate roadmap initiatives into actionable engineering backlogs with clear sequencing, managing cross-platform dependencies and tradeoffs to deliver durable, scalable solutions
- Partner closely with engineering, machine learning scientists, design, and analytics teams to drive implementation, ensuring products meet technical standards and deliver measurable impact
- Evaluate and integrate technical vendors, leading assessment and integration planning to ensure third-party solutions operate effectively at scale within the broader technology ecosystem
RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
- Establish strategic relationships with engineering and data leaders across the labels
- Develop relationships with the right Vendors and other supporting teams within Take-Two - bringing them together to solve problems quickly
INNOVATION AND VALUE GENERATION
- Develop roadmaps and multi-year plans, managing from idea to implementation
- Synthesize insights and leverage technology for competitive advantage and improved customer experiences
- Measure and communicate the value generated by product initiatives to key partners
OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
- Take lead on improving team processes including procurement, budgeting, enablement & support, and compliance
- Establish and maintain efficient processes for product development and delivery
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure product success and identify areas for improvement
What You Bring
As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you exhibit proficiency in executing, solving ambiguous problems that support our strategy. You own outcomes that address complex user needs, holding accountability for both execution and direction of projects.
- 5-7 years of practical experience developing and implementing solutions powered by technology.
- Hands-on technical experience in applying A/ML techniques and algorithms in a product setting to achieve business and process optimization.
- Proven experience formulating technology-powered solutions across AdTech, CRM, and Lifecycle management platforms.
- Strong analytical abilities with understanding of APIs, data modeling, and system integration with experience in using data to drive product decisions.
- Excellent track record of leading highly technical, scalable, and customer-centric product initiatives.
- Practical experience owning roadmaps and driving strategy definition.
- Strong business, operational, and technical vision.
- Demonstrated ability to articulate concepts at the executive level
