About the Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Technical Program Manager (f/m/d) to drive strategic programs, align cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful execution of complex technical Initiatives within the Product Development (“ProdDev”) organization.

As a Technical Program Manager (TPM), you will be a subject matter expert in your respective Program, which represents a strategic theme within the organization. You will drive technical initiatives within this theme, working closely with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment, effective execution, and clear and consistent communication.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining program scope, managing dependencies, identifying risks, and driving stakeholder alignment across multiple teams. As the principal driver of program success, you will provide stability and continuity, ensuring sustained focus on program goals over time. You will proactively anticipate information and collaboration needs, including considerations for security, legal, pricing, and customer success (CSMs), enabling seamless execution and informed decision-making. Through your proactive communication and cross-functional coordination, you will keep all stakeholders mving in the same direction toward a shared vision of success.

What to expect?

  • Lead end-to-end program execution of complex technical initiatives, ensuring timely and successful delivery while maintaining alignment with program goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and cross functional teams to define program requirements and turn strategic objectives into detailed, measurable, and well-structured program plans.
  • Identify and mitigate dependencies and risks, resolve roadblocks, and proactively address technical and operational challenges.
  • Drive alignment and communication across cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity on program objectives, deliverables and expected timelines. 
  • Establish and monitor KPIs and success metrics for program performance.
  • Manage external vendors, and stakeholders as needed.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

What you need to be successful?

  • 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management ideally on large-scale technical projects with a demonstrated ability to effectively lead a large amount of, cross-functional stakeholders, including senior stakeholders
  • Strong technical background in AI/ML (preferred), and/or experience in one or more of the following:  Automations, Workflows, Personalisation, Analytics.
  • Experience managing multiple, complex technical programs simultaneously. You are expert at anticipating and quickly surfacing risks and roadblocks, identifying solutions, aligning relevant stakeholders, then leading the group to action and resolution.
  • Ability to work through ambiguity, guiding stakeholders to clarity, alignment and concrete plans and decisions
  • Proficiency in program management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience with project management tools - JIRA (essential), Asana, Confluence, Miro or similar (nice to have)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

  • Experience in SaaS, cloud computing, or AI industries.
  • PMP, Prince or Agile certifications.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams.
