The Job:
Paid Acquisition Management
- Manage and scale campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Ads, DSPs, and emerging channels.
- Allocate and optimise large budgets to maximise ROAS and user quality.
Creative & Funnel Optimisation
- Build and test ad creatives, user funnels, and paywalls in partnership with product and design teams.
- Conduct A/B tests across ads, trials, onboarding, and pricing models.
Attribution & Measurement
- Implement attribution strategies across SKAdNetwork, MMPs, and internal BI tools.
- Analyse trial-to-paid conversion, retention, and CAC payback metrics.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track KPIs (ROAS, CPI, LTV, retention) and generate actionable insights.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Partnerships & Growth Initiatives
- Manage agency and platform relationships, leveraging beta programme access.
- Support App Store Optimisation (ASO) and organic acquisition strategies.
Requirements
The Person:
- 4+ years’ experience in mobile UA or performance marketing, ideally within subscription-based apps (iOS-focused).
- Proven hands-on management of paid acquisition campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads.
- Strong knowledge of attribution in a privacy-first environment, including SKAdNetwork and MMPs.
- Analytical, with experience in SQL, Looker, Amplitude, or equivalent tools.
- Understanding of subscription growth levers (free trials, paywalls, retention, CAC payback).
- Creative yet data-driven, with experience briefing, testing, and iterating on ad concepts.
- Fast executor with strong ownership mentality and clear communication skills.
