The Compliance Team builds Trade Surveillance tools that help monitor trading activity and ensure regulatory confidence. As a Senior UX Designer on this team, you’ll shape intuitive, elegant, and highly functional digital experiences that support compliance workflows. 

You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and business partners to bring a shared product vision to life—helping create a seamless, one‑stop experience for the Compliance team. This role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on design, giving you the opportunity to influence both user experience and product direction.

Your key responsibilities

  • Actively participating in user research, interviews, and testing sessions to gather critical insights, and translate these findings into foundational UX documents like journey maps and personas
  • Developing creative design concepts and tangible solutions—from wireframes to interactive prototypes—that skillfully balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints
  • Clearly articulating and presenting design concepts and solutions to a diverse audience, including stakeholders, product owners, and development teams, to ensure alignment and gather feedback
  • Working as an integrated member of a delivery team, collaborating closely with colleagues to understand requirements, refine user stories, and contribute to the end-to-end design, documentation, and testing process
  • Contributing to the evolution of our design system by building and maintaining a common library of UI components, while championing the latest design trends to foster a culture of continuous improvement

Your skills and experience

  • Senior UX/Interaction Design experience, steering end-to-end design for sophisticated web applications from initial research to final delivery
  • Demonstrate expertise in industry-standard tools like Figma and leverage AI-powered design and research tools to accelerate workflows and enhance creative output
  • Apply your deep knowledge of UCD principles and a strong interaction design sense to create high-quality, accessible, and responsive web interfaces
  • Articulate and defend design decisions to diverse audiences, using your working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and AI concepts to partner effectively with engineering teams
  • Showcase your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment as a highly self-motivated professional who can manage competing priorities and deliver exceptional results.
