Job Description

As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing and improving the search engine performance of our clients' websites and our own digital presence. You will work closely with our team of Designers, Researchers, Developers, and Project Managers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all projects.

What you’ll be doing daily:

  • SEO Audits & Analysis – Conduct website SEO audits, identify gaps, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • On-Page SEO Optimization – Optimize content, meta tags, headings, internal linking, and structured data.
  • Technical SEO – Ensure our website(s) is optimized for speed, crawlability, indexing, and mobile-friendliness.
  • Content Optimization – Work with content teams to ensure blog posts, landing pages, and marketing materials are SEO-friendly and target the right keywords.
  • Competitor Analysis – Research industry trends and competitor strategies to refine our SEO approach.
  • Analytics & Reporting – Set up Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tracking tools. Provide monthly reports with key insights and recommendations.
  • Marketing Campaign Support – Assist in SEO strategy for paid campaigns, content marketing, and website launches to ensure minimal traffic loss during redesigns.
  • Google Ads & Paid Search Support – Help set up and optimize Google Ads campaigns for both our agency and our clients.
  • SEO Strategy Development – Define long-term SEO strategies tailored to client needs.

Bonus Skills:

  • SEO Copywriting – Ability to write compelling and optimized content.
  • Link Building – Develop strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority.

Preferred Experience

We’re looking for an experienced, proactive, and analytical SEO Specialist who thrives in a remote work environment and can take ownership of SEO projects.

  • 3+ years of SEO experience, ideally in an agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and others.
  • Previous experience with site migrations is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset – comfortable working with data and extracting insights.
  • Excellent communication skills – ability to explain SEO strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working remotely and collaborating across different time zones.
