About this opportunity

An excellent opportunity has arisen in Analytics & AI Services Platform to join us as a Site Reliability Engineering Lead! Our platform enables the group to use AI, Data and automation to better understand and serve our customers. You'll ensure our products and services are monitored proactively, so we know about any issues before our customers do.

  • Metrics will keep you informed of where to make improvements to get the highest value returns when automating repetitive tasks.

  • This is a leadership role that means you'll mentor and develop a team of Engineers in a “player-coach” model that helps them grow their careers.

  • You should be able to define and monitor success metrics and build dashboards using tools such as Dynatrace, Kibana and Splunk.

Additionally, you should have:

  • Experience running a support operation

  • Good technical leadership and experience leading a large multi-functional team (ideally 10+)

  • Broad technical knowledge across a range of platforms, technologies and methodologies

  • The ability to voice support for helping business and technical partners understand the benefits in SRE and DevOps

It would be great if you also had

  • Experience within financial services.
