As a Social Media Manager, you'll define strategy, create and publish content, collaborate with agencies, grow advocacy programs, and optimize brand impact on social media.
The summary above was generated by AI

You get the internet — and it gets you. You know what makes someone stop scrolling, hit replay, or share with their team.

At Jabra (part of GN), we want to rethink what B2B looks and sounds like on social, and we’re looking for a Social Media Manager with the instincts of a creator and the strategy of a marketer to make it happen.

You’ll join a global brand at the intersection of sound, video, and AI – with a mandate to enhance our social storytelling impact. Your work will shape how people see and connect with Jabra around the world, and you’ll have the freedom to experiment with new formats, approaches, and ideas.

Location: This role can be based in the UK or at our HQ in Ballerup, Denmark, just outside Copenhagen. Feel free to indicate your preference in your application.

The Role and how you'll contribute

This role is about growing our organic presence, amplifying our brand, and connecting with new audiences while engaging our global community. You thrive on getting people talking—playing with fresh formats and features, figuring out what fans love, and knowing exactly what makes them say yay… or nay.

You will set the strategic direction for our brand channels, where your primary goal will be to consistently increase audience engagement and drive both audience and channel growth, ensuring our channels remain vibrant, healthy spaces to promote all areas of Jabra. You’ll make sure every piece of content is tailored to the platform it lives on, always weighing best practices vs what's practical. You’ll own the day-to-day flow of our channels, ensuring the right stories show up in the right places and connect with the audiences they’re meant for.

What you’ll do

  • Shape the strategy – Define goals, editorial calendars, and governance for Jabra’s strategic priority channels.

  • Create and publish – Implement a video-first approach: produce short-form content that stops the scroll.

  • Campaign & collaborate – Partner with agency teams or freelancers for larger activations, ensuring consistency of voice and creative quality.

  • Regional enablement – Work with regional teams to support events and in-market activity, guiding on best practices and amplifying local accomplishments.

  • Grow advocacy – Develop influencer and UGC programs, working with employee voices, customers, and advocates.

  • Measure & optimize – Own reporting, dashboards, and brand governance – always linking social activity to engagement and brand impact.

As a person, we imagine you as someone coworkers describe as “constantly learning and experimenting.” Someone comfortable challenging your own thinking and always asking, “How could this be even better?!” You’re fueled by innovation, quick to evolve when something isn’t landing, and excited by bold, creative risks. Most of all, you bring a sharp instinct for social-first ideas, a deep understanding of platforms, and a keen interest in turning concepts into standout content.

What you bring

  • Demonstrated ability to manage social media for a brand, in B2B or tech.

  • Proven experience scaling content, channels, and/or communities

  • Effective creative skills – confident in writing, video editing, and content production.

  • A sharp eye for thumb-stopping content that works across feeds.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, YouTube Creator Studio, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, and Canva (or similar).

  • Ability to brief and collaborate with agencies/freelancers without losing creative edge.

  • A portfolio that shows both your creative execution and ability to scale programs.

We pride ourselves on encouraging flexible working whenever possible. We trust our people to get the job done, to know when in-person collaboration is better than hybrid, and to be present when it's needed most.

We encourage you to apply

Even if you don’t match all the above-mentioned skills, we welcome your application if you think you have transferable skills. We highly value a mindset and motivation that align with our core values, to not only ensure growth for you, but for your team and the wider GN organization as well.

We don’t use AI to screen CVs, and every application is reviewed by a member of our team. We welcome AI as an enablement tool, but we’re keen to hear your own voice and experience.

How to apply?

Use the ‘APPLY’ link no later than Jan 31st. Applications are assessed continuously, so don’t wait to send yours.

Our process typically looks like this: CVs are reviewed by the team, shortlisted candidates are invited to complete an asynchronous video submission, and selected candidates are then called in for in-person interviews.

We are focused on an inclusive recruitment process

All applicants will receive equal consideration for employment. As such, we encourage you to submit your CV without a photo to ensure an equal and fair application process.

Should you have any special requirements for the interview, please let the Hiring Manager know upon accepting the invitation to interview.
