Salary: £13.20 per hour 26hrs per week

Set Days of Work:

  • Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
  • Plus 1 in 3 Saturdays & 1 in 3 Sundays

Step into a world of tranquillity and wellbeing. Our beautiful spa is a haven of relaxation, and we’re looking for a warm, attentive Spa Receptionist to welcome guests and create an exceptional wellness experience.

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding guest service in a serene, luxury environment? As the welcoming face of our spa, you’ll ensure every guest feels relaxed and cared for from the moment they arrive.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet guests warmly and manage check-in/check-out processes.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and provide accurate information on spa services and promotions.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments using our booking system.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Keep reception and retail areas clean, organized, and inviting.
  • Promote spa packages, gift cards, and retail products.
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally and ensure satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality (hair, beauty, fitness, or spa setting).
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency with booking systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Friendly, professional demeanour and attention to detail.
  • Passion for guest care and creating a soothing atmosphere.
