The Role:

Carrot is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to support our growing global presence, with a focus on EMEA. This role will play a key part in driving localized marketing efforts, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our messaging resonates in target markets. The ideal candidate has experience launching products in EMEA and driving integrated campaigns to support them. This person thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to support a variety of marketing initiatives, from content development to campaign execution.


The Team: 

This role sits on our Marketing team, reporting to our VP of Marketing. Carrot’s Marketing team is responsible for sharing the Carrot story with the world. 


Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the global sales and customer success teams to develop localized marketing materials that support regional goals
  • Collaborate with the Content Marketing Manager and Design Team to create and adapt content for target markets, ensuring alignment with Carrot’s brand and messaging
  • Working closely with Product Marketing, the Director of Comms, Global Sales, and Customer Success teams to shape our messaging in target markets
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns, events, and partnerships that drive awareness and engagement in EMEA
  • Assist with Product Marketing efforts, helping to refine messaging and positioning for new product launches in the region
  • Research market trends and customer insights to inform localized marketing strategies
  • Analyze marketing performance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain and update regional marketing assets, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all materials
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends in target markets
  • Assist with localized website updates

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • 6-8 years of marketing experience
  • Based in the UK
  • Experience launching products in EMEA and tailoring marketing strategies for regional audiences
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and creative teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Comfort with the ambiguity inherent in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in health, benefits, or tech industries
  • Familiarity with localization best practices for marketing content
  • Comfort analyzing marketing performance data to optimize strategies
  • Experience managing people

Compensation: 

Carrot offers a holistic Total Rewards package designed to support our employees in all aspects of their life inside and outside of work, including health and wellness benefits, retirement savings plans, short- and long-term incentives, parental leave, family-forming assistance, and a competitive compensation package. The starting base salary for this position will range from £75,000-£80,000. Actual compensation may vary from posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.
