The Staff Technical Product Manager is responsible Legal IT product portfolio, IT BRM to Legal function and leading IT initiatives within Legal and HR IT team.

This position reports to the Sr Director, IT - HR, Legal, Compliance & Finance and is part of the Cytiva Enterprise Applications IT team and will be an on-site role. 

What you will do:

  • Act as IT BRM to Cytiva Legal function, own Legal applications portfolio, understand business processes and provide technical solutions aligned to Cytiva IT Enterprise technology guidelines.
  • Ability to work with Legal L1/L2 leaders, building trusting relationships to influence through credible knowledge and experience.
  • Collaborate and support DHR Corporate Legal Operations team on technology initiatives representing Cytiva Legal IT.
  • Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to lead Legal and HR IT initiatives through end-to-end project lifecycle aligned to Cytiva IT PMO methodology guidelines.
  • Understand and follow the proscribed IT Application portfolio management governance process with ITIL processes, Information security guidelines and data privacy adherence.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience (at least 5 years) in IT product and project management experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to translate requirements to technology solutions, breaking down problems and estimating efforts.
  • Ability to navigate and communicate effectively in a matrix organization. Proactive, persists to completion especially in the face of overwhelming odds and setbacks.
  • Positive, energetic, and self-motivated.
