Your role at Dynatrace

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager to lead the administration and governance of the Dynatrace University (DTU) platform, delivered through our LMS. This role sits at the intersection of platform administration, customer experience, and business impact, and is responsible for transforming DTU into a scalable, governed, and insight-driven system.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Learning Management System (LMS) administration—specifically within the Docebo platform—and a proven track record of establishing governance frameworks, scaling administration and support models, and driving cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Own and scale the end-to-end education platform ecosystem, including Dynatrace University (DTU), certification integrations, and future learning platforms for both internal and external audiences
  • Define and implement governance frameworks, including publishing standards, platform usage policies, and scalable operating models (roles, permissions, workflows)
  • Drive platform strategy and performance by partnering with CX Ops and engineering teams on roadmap, integrations, and automation opportunities
  • Design and lead a centralized administration and support model with defined SLAs, processes, and escalation frameworks to ensure reliable, high-quality service
  • Oversee systems and processes (e.g., ticketing, access management) to enable secure, compliant, and scalable platform operations
  • Partner with portfolio and cross-functional stakeholders to operationalize education offerings, including standardizing SKUs, pricing, and packaging
  • Ensure a seamless, customer-friendly platform experience that supports scalable and consistent commercial offerings
  • Enable internal and external stakeholders with clear guidance, operating models, and a scalable contribution framework to effectively leverage the platform
  • Collaborate with content and program teams to ensure smooth execution of learning experiences without direct ownership of content creation
  • Define KPI frameworks and reporting strategies to measure platform performance, engagement, and business impact
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously improve platform experience, governance, and operational efficiency
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for platform administration and support, fostering a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
What will help you succeed

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in LMS administration, platform operations, or learning technology environments
  • Deep expertise in Docebo (required), including hands-on experience with administration, configuration, and system optimization
  • Proven experience designing and scaling governance frameworks, workflows, and operating models
  • Experience leading platform operations and support models, including ticketing systems and SLA-based environments
  • Demonstrated ability to operate across internal and external user environments (customers and employees)
  • Experience partnering with product and engineering teams to influence platform enhancements and integrations
  • Strong understanding of how education platforms support customer lifecycle outcomes (adoption, retention, growth)
  • Experience defining KPIs and leveraging data to drive decision-making and improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS, customer education, or product enablement organizations
  • Experience with LMS integrations and certification platforms
  • Exposure to operationalizing commercial offerings (e.g., SKUs, packaging, pricing models) within a platform
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Analytics teams
