Job Overview:
The Strategic Partnerships Manager will be responsible for managing and growing key strategic partnerships in the HCM sector across the EMEA region. This role is ideal for someone who can think strategically, build strong relationships, and has a deep understanding of the HCM technology and consulting landscape. The role will involve working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to drive revenue growth and partner success.
Key Responsibilities:

Portfolio Management:
Own and manage a select portfolio of strategically important HCM partners across our EMEA region.

Partner Acquisition & Negotiation:
Identify and source potential new partners with shared-value opportunities.
Lead the complex negotiations and define commercial partnership constructs, from initial discussions to agreement signing.

Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to launch, scale, and optimize partnerships that directly impact revenue (ARR) and new logo acquisition.

Relationship Growth & Maximization:
Nurture and grow existing partner relationships, ensuring long-term value creation for both Deel and the partner organization.
5. Process & Framework Development:
Establish repeatable processes to evaluate, onboard, and scale future channel partnerships efficiently.
Key Requirements:

Experience: 8+ years in a Sales-focused Strategic Partnerships role.

Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the HCM, HRIS and Payroll landscapes.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Collaboration: Strong ability to build relationships internally and externally, ensuring smooth communication and workflow.

Language Skills: Proficient in English (spoken and written). Additional language skills in French, German, or Spanish are highly advantageous
