What You'll Do
As an MBA intern on our Cleveland management team, you'll get hands-on experience solving problems across various business contexts and exposure to cultivating high-performing teams and leading world-class operations. Each day is different and driven by our customers' evolving needs. As a result, you might find yourself doing any of the following:

• Leading a 30-person packing department to ship thousands of daily orders.
• Design and intentionally implement LLM-based review of order documents to improve accuracy and expedite order entry process.
• Challenge customer service staffing and skillset models to resolve more customer inquiries on the first touch.

This MBA internship is your gateway to a full-time role on our Cleveland management team, with a clear path to senior leadership. Your growth will be fueled by the impact of your work, not rigid timelines or predetermined milestones.
