About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Summer Data Entry Assistant to support the delivery of client remediation activities. This is a key role ensuring the smooth running of case processing, maintaining high standards of data integrity, and delivering excellent client service throughout the remediation lifecycle.

Working closely with operational and client-facing teams, you will play a central part in managing case records and validating client information.

Accountabilities

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records within our CRM system (Xplan)

  • Supporting the end-to-end processing and tracking of remediation cases

  • Managing client communications, including handling responses and drafting professional correspondence

  • Validating client information (e.g. bank details) through approved verification channels

  • Ensuring all case files and documentation are complete and correctly uploaded within internal systems

  • Supporting reporting by maintaining accurate data for management information (MI)

  • Contributing to continuous improvements in processes and system usage

  • Upholding high standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance at all times

Skills and Experience

  • Previous office work experience

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately

  • Confident written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively

  • Comfortable using systems and learning new tools quickly

  • Basic working knowledge of Excel (e.g. data entry, simple spreadsheets)

  • Experience within financial services, case management, or remediation environments is advantageous
