About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Systems Specialist to join our UK Packaging division and play a key role in supporting the End-to-End Supply Chain Transformation Programme.

As a Supply Chain Systems Specialist, you’ll become the Supply Chain Systems Expert within the given Sub-Region. This would involve understanding the functionality available, what functionality is currently being deployed and identifying areas of opportunity to deliver greater efficiency and impact to our Supply Chain operations. This role will enhance the impact of the business Supply Chain operations in creating and maintaining optimised standardised techniques of using the Supply Chain modules, of our Supply Chain systems e.g. Production Scheduling & Transport Planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Standardisation & Process Improvement: Develop best practices to maximize system capabilities and drive efficiency across Sub-Regions in collaboration with the Group Supply Chain Systems team.

  • Project Deployment Support: Assist with transformational projects such as Scheduling Optimisation and Transport Planning, conducting gap analysis, planning system changes, and delivering training.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Influence user behaviour to adopt a data-driven mindset, leveraging exception reporting and data quality management.

About You

You must have hands-on experience using supply chain systems tools and a proven ability to navigate complex multinational matrixed environments. You are skilled at driving system improvements, influencing stakeholders, and ensuring seamless adoption of new tools and processes.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience

  • Strong experience working with ERP systems and Supply Chain Planning tools (ideally as a Super User/Key User)

  • Experience in system improvement or implementation projects

  • Solid understanding of Master Data requirements

  • Strong data analytics skills, including Excel, Power BI, and data modelling

  • Ability to create process documentation and training materials
