We are looking for a proactive and strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR team as a Full-Time Fixed 6-Month Contractor. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring the best talent across EMEA and the US. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process and an exceptional candidate experience.


**This role offers the flexibility of remote work while requiring in-person collaboration in Skibbereen, Ireland at least twice per month. These visits are essential for team alignment, strategic discussions, and fostering strong connections, ensuring you’re fully engaged in our dynamic work environment.

Let's talk about the role and responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent across the EMEA and US regions.
  • Implement creative and effective strategies to build a robust talent pipeline and meet our hiring goals
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and offer negotiation.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, team fit, and alignment with company values.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing, candidate evaluation, and selection.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment metrics using our ATS (Lever).
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to ensure our talent acquisition strategies remain effective.
  • Coach Guide Hiring Managers on the interview and selection process to ensure optimal selection of candidates for available positions and collection of holistic interview feedback is gathered and incorporating into the hiring decision making process.
  • Ensure that all recruitment and selection activities are in compliance with legal regulations for EMEA and the US and company policies and procedures.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure a diverse pool of candidates and an inclusive hiring process.

Let’s talk about your skills/expertise:

  • 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on the EMEA region, but previous experience within the US market as well.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably within SaaS and/or Private Equity.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, talent market trends, and currency conversions in the EMEA and US regions.
  • Knowledge and experience in fast growing SaaS companies and familiarity with their global HR practices and policies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the recruitment process.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to the EMEA region are a plus.
