JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated and execution-oriented Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract) to drive our business growth and talent pipeline. In this dynamic role, you will partner with our Principal G&A Talent Acquisition Partner to source top-tier talent for corporate functions. You will also build and own our university relations program from the ground up—managing everything from hiring intern cohorts to scaling our teams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES or KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Corporate & G&A Sourcing

  • Partner with recruiters and business leaders to deeply understand hiring requirements across diverse G&A and corporate domains (including Product, Finance, HR, Legal, Operations, marketing, etc).
  • Source qualified passive candidates for corporate roles using various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced boolean networks, and professional communities.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial vetting calls, accurately assess corporate candidates for capability, alignment with role scope, and cultural fit.

University Program Stand-Up & Recruiting

  • Architect, design, and execute a comprehensive university relations and internship program strategy.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for interns, including creating and posting university-targeted positions, driving campus outreach, and managing application flows.
  • Coordinate, host, and facilitate interview loops, evaluation syncs, and final selection decisions for intern cohorts.

Operations & Data Integrity

  • Manage candidate pipelines and applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) data entry with a high degree of accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide regular, data-driven pipeline updates to hiring managers and the broader People team regarding corporate talent market conditions and university program milestones.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven ability to quickly grasp corporate business needs and fluently pivot between sourcing for diverse G&A and corporate domains.
  • Demonstrated experience designing, launching, or scaling university recruiting initiatives and intern programs.
  • Strong interest and hands-on capability in unearthing niche talent using creative sourcing techniques beyond standard job postings.
  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills with a proven ability to manage programmatic timelines, university event logistics, and candidate cohorts independently.
  • High proficiency with modern applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby) and sourcing discovery tools.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment, with a dedicated focus on G&A/corporate roles and/or university recruiting.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully building university programs, managing intern hiring cycles, and partnering with higher education institutions.
  • Prior experience collaborating with stakeholders and running end-to-end talent acquisition processes.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
  • Vision to read printed materials and a computer screen
  • Hearing and speech to communicate clearly with candidates and internal teams
