AND Digital are a tech company focused on accelerating digital delivery and dedicated to closing the digital skills gap. We’ve been helping organisations build better digital products and stronger digital teams since 2014.

We believe our work should always leave a legacy for the client. We do this through close relationships with our offices (or ‘Clubs’) so that our partners are always prioritized by a regional team close to them.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner you’ll be responsible for finding and assessing the suitability of experienced tech candidates for AND Digital.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • We’re looking for someone who thrives in the fast-moving world of tech recruitment and brings a passion for connecting great talent with exciting opportunities.
  • You’ll have proven experience recruiting across the tech landscape, whether that’s within an agency environment or hiring contract roles
  • You’ve successfully delivered high-volume hiring, using a mix of sourcing, headhunting, and innovative strategies to attract top talent across multiple locations and levels
  • Process oriented mindset along with strong administration experience 
  • You’re confident using recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and know how to get the most out of modern sourcing techniques.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience including working with key stakeholders to overcome recruitment challenges and provide regular market insight. 
  • Ability to build strong relationships with lots of different ANDi’s across clubs.
