Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively attract top-tier talent to support teams in Marketing & Growth, Mobile and Web Development, and Product Teams.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial briefing with hiring managers to negotiation and successful candidate onboarding.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align recruitment efforts with company goals and values.
  • Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to track and report on key performance indicators.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven strategies to enhance recruitment effectiveness.

Required Skills:

  • Over 3 years of experience in recruiting for Design, Product, Marketing, Analytical, and Tech roles.
  • Strong sourcing background, especially within Europe, UK and US 
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent in both English and Russian
  • Attention to detail
  • Comfortable with typical talent tech stacks and tools - Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter etc
  • Metric focused (time to hire, cost to hire, quality of hire etc.).
