Work Conditions

  • Hybrid Work Model: Combine remote work with on-site collaboration. (3 Days at the office)

Job Description

Your Mission

Are you a dynamic recruiter with a flair for connecting exceptional talent with extraordinary opportunities? As a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Iberia, you'll play a pivotal role in attracting, engaging, and hiring the best talent for Accor Hotels across the Mediterranean. You'll deliver innovative employer branding actions, recruitment solutions, foster strong stakeholder relationships, and position Accor as the employer of choice in the hospitality industry.

What You'll Do

Drive the Employer Branding Strategy:

  • Launch social media campaigns showcasing employee stories and culture.
  • Partner with universities for internships and recruitment events.
  • Encourage employee referrals and online advocacy.
  • Represent the company at career fairs and industry events.

Drive End-to-End Recruitment:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from crafting compelling job postings to onboarding new hires.
  • Identify recruitment needs and align expectations with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and transparent communication throughout the hiring process.

Collaborate with Stakeholders:

  • Partner with hotel owners, general managers, and department heads to define recruitment strategies.
  • Align on candidate profiles and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.

Consultative Selling & Value Addition:

  • Present Accor's Talent Acquisition services as the premium solution for staffing needs.
  • Showcase the value-added benefits to external stakeholders, securing their trust and commitment.

Manage Proposals & Costs:

  • Draft comprehensive recruitment service proposals with detailed cost analyses.
  • Develop pricing strategies that align with business objectives and operational costs.

Lead Mass Recruitment Campaigns:

  • Plan and execute large-scale hiring initiatives for new hotel openings.
  • Ensure deadlines are met without compromising on quality.

Qualifications

Experience & Expertise:

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within the hospitality sector.
  • Expertise in managing large-scale recruitment campaigns.

Strong Interpersonal Skills:

  • Exceptional consultative abilities with a knack for influencing and building relationships.

Analytical & Strategic Mindset:

  • Proficiency in cost estimation and proposal preparation.
  • Ability to align recruitment strategies with business goals.

Passion for Talent Attraction:

  • Enthusiasm for employer branding and innovative recruitment practices.

Language Proficiency:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a significant plus.

Technical Savvy:

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
