About the role:
We are seeking to hire a proactive and commercially minded Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the continued growth of our global business. This role will play a key part in delivering a high-quality, scalable recruitment experience across a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will partner closely with hiring managers across multiple functions to attract, assess, and secure top talent. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring we hire efficiently without compromising on quality or candidate experience.

What You Will Be Doing
Roles and responsibilities include:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a range of roles, from initial briefing through to offer and onboarding

Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and hiring timelines

Proactively source high-quality candidates using a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and talent pipelines

Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and a strong employer brand throughout the process

Contribute to process improvement initiatives, helping to build scalable and efficient recruitment practices

Ensure compliance with internal processes, systems, and relevant employment legislation
Who We Are Looking For
The successful candidate will demonstrate:

Proven experience: You will have experience in an in-house Talent Acquisition or Agency role within a fast-paced environment

Industry exposure: Experience hiring for SaaS or technology organisations

Stakeholder management: You will demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge constructively

Delivery focus: You will have experience managing multiple roles simultaneously in a high-volume, fast-paced setting

Data-driven mindset: You will be comfortable using data and metrics to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement

Systems & tools: You will have familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools (such as LinkedIn Recruiter)

Organisation & detail: You will be highly organised with strong attention to detail and a process-driven mindset
