Description

#ThriveatMMDSmart

Would you like to build a career in a leading multinational IT company?

Since 2007, MMDSmart has been a leading supplier in cloud communications, delivering game-changing IT products to businesses in over 100 countries. Our success is fueled by the inspiration and innovative ideas of our team members, encouraging their growth and impacting our Messaging and Voice solutions. These empower our clients to communicate more effectively with their customers. Don’t miss this chance to  excel in a rapidly expanding tech company, where your potential and ambitions are not just recognized, but celebrated.
We are looking for a Team Lead UX/UI, Product Designer to join our fast-moving product team and lead the user-centered design direction of our CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) platform.

As a UX/UI Design Lead, you will be both a strong individual contributor and a mentor to a team. You will drive the design process across the full product development lifecycle — from research and ideation to prototyping and delivery. You’ll own design quality and consistency, shape the team’s design culture, and be the voice of design in cross-functional collaboration.

Would you like to join our team and move towards an ambitious goal together?

Requirements

What will you do at MMDSmart?

  • Lead UX/UI design strategy and decision-making for both core features and new product initiatives.
  • Create strategic big-picture workflows as well as execute detailed UX/UI design
  • Participate in the Scrum process — stay deeply aligned with product goals, user needs, technical plans, and ongoing priorities to ensure design decisions are grounded in business context.
  • Collaborate with your team to deliver a full range of UX assets, including concept designs, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that support intuitive and consistent user experiences.
  • Work closely with the product teams, stakeholders, and development teams to iterate on ideas and deliver solutions that drive the product forward.
  • Conduct regular usability checks, gather user feedback, and identify opportunities to optimize existing features.
  • Present your solutions to the project team members and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and shared understanding.

You are a perfect match if you have:

  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design, including at least 1 year in a lead or mentoring role.
  • Proven track record designing complex B2B enterprise platforms — portfolio demonstrates both strategic thinking and attention to detail.
  • Experience working in fast-paced and iterative environments; comfortable with prototyping, testing, and refining ideas quickly.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and customer experience (CX) best practices, with the ability to translate user and business needs into intuitive, end-to-end digital experiences.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and a desire to be fully involved in the product development lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g. Figma) and hands-on experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems.
  • Good communication and presentation skills — able to advocate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience with CCaaS, communications platforms, or enterprise SaaS is a plus.
