Here’s what you’ll be doing:


You’ll be joining an award winning contact centre to lead a team of telephone based consultants to achieve and exceed performance targets whilst understanding and supporting their development and wellbeing.


Reporting into the Operational Leadership Team, you’ll motivate and coach the team to meet the required targets, productivity measures, and compliance standards. You will develop the team to continue the delivery of excellent customer service

As one of our Team Managers, you’ll:

  • understand the development needs of our consultants and support them through effective coaching and guidance 
  • monitor and evaluate individual and team performance through regular feedback, 1-2-1s, and monthly review meetings
  • identify trends in individual, team, and department performance and implement opportunities to improve
  • use data to produce action and development plans 
  • partner with the support team managers to make sure that your team’s performance adheres to compliance and quality standards – particularly FCA regulations and data protection requirements

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • able to inspire, lead, and motivate a team to achieve targets 
  • experienced in managing a team to achieve high standards 
  • experienced in setting objectives, delivering feedback, and supporting development plans 
  • experienced in people process and policies 
  • confident enough to challenge our current ways of working 
  • open to change and can manage others through change
