Are you ready to take on a pivotal role within Civica’s LG Division Services Team? We’re looking for a dynamic Technical Consultant to deliver exceptional consultancy services across a range of our innovative products, including Transend Fleet Management and Delivery Management solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing expert technical consultancy on Civica’s Transend products to our customers
- Developing creative and efficient approaches to technical delivery to continuously improve our services
- Managing and optimizing DevOps Pipelines and taking ownership of customer Azure infrastructure
- Setting up new cloud environments in Azure for both testing and live deployments
- Implementing, configuring, and enhancing Civica software according to our high standards and customer requirements
- Identifying opportunities to offer additional products and services to meet customer needs
- Creating and optimizing SQL scripts, stored procedures, functions, and triggers to support customer solutions
- Delivering engaging training and producing high-quality documentation for customers and internal use
- Managing customer issues with a focus on timely, high-quality resolutions and strong communication
What You’ll Bring:
- A deep understanding of Transend Fleet Management and Delivery Management solutions
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring implementations are delivered on time, within budget, and with high satisfaction
- Strong commercial acumen, identifying opportunities and managing deliverables with precision and professionalism
- Experience in Azure, SQL scripting, and reporting tools to deliver tailored solutions
- Clean UK driving licence and ability to travel across UK & Ireland
