Lead discovery with customers, define pricing and go-to-market plans, coordinate releases with engineering, design, and marketing, and maintain product documentation. We are looking for a Technical Product Manager who will drive the innovation strategy and implementation of a flagship product
What will you do:
- Develop product strategy and path to Camio Cloud offering
- Own product roadmap and pitch it internally and externally to evangelize customers and teams around it
- Identify industry trends and opportunities and conduct product discovery with customers and customer-facing teams
- Deliver best in class products in cooperation with the design and engineering team bringing value to our customers
- Define pricing, go-to-market strategy and collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate product releases
- Partner with cross-functional teams to boost product adoption and revenue
- Create and maintain product documentation
- Coordinate with product managers working on the cloud platform
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with a track record of building and launching products
- Understanding of B2B SaaS business models, its key metrics, benefits to the company and the customers
- Ability to construct a vision and lead a company-wide mindset change to achieve it
- Ability to seek input from a wide array of stakeholders, identify and prioritise the highest value problems to solve that bring the biggest value to customers and align with the company strategy
- Be self-starting and confident to work autonomously, aligned to clear objectives
- Empathy for the customers and ability to unveil and understand their challenges
- Growth mindset and team spirit
- Ability to persuade without authority and to manage up
- Technical competence - some basic understanding of coding, networking and graphics principles
- Fluent English
- Understanding broadcast workflows for live productions is a big plus
- Experience delivering AI products or features is a big plus

- A minimum of 8 GB RAM.
- Backup Device:
- Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
- Must be functional during power interruptions.
- A functioning webcam.
- A noise-canceling USB headset.
- A quiet, dedicated home office space.
- Peripherals and Workspace: A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
