Job Description
As a Technical Program Manager in Solidigm’s SSD Platform Engineering group, you’ll have a broad scope role covering a multi-disciplinary engineering organization that spans the globe. This position plays a key role in enabling our very large engineering organization to function. You’ll do a lot of sensing and working directly with the broader organization and staff to help set priorities and understand gaps, also working with other senior executives across Solidigm as required. Your responsibilities will have a broad range as expected (some examples listed below) across a large organization with multiple engineering disciplines. Example responsibilities:
- SoC IP search, sourcing, licensing, including driving requirements & custom IP development contracts
- SOW and RUNDA management for EDA tool vendors, IP suppliers, ASIC development partners, etc.
- EDA tool license forecasting & budgeting
- Develop & drive schedules for SPE teams & project management, including developing aggregate cross-functional schedules through MAPP days
- Develop presentation material, drive logistics for, and chair staff meetings, all-hands meetings, etc.
- Follow up completion of ARs given in staff meetings
- Drive OKRs for SPE organization from strategic goal setting through completion & follow-up
- Draft presentations for internal and external use by SPE
- Facilitate employee communications within SPE
- Maintain organizational health: e.g., collect/aggregate feedback, propose, and implement improvement ideas
- Create, refine, and maintain indicators for SPE project health & status
- Partner with procurement on BTI purchases, e.g., Cadence Palladium and Protium emulator
- Partner with support organizations (HR/CS/IT/etc.) to drive strategic initiatives to achieve and exceed SPE goals
Qualifications
- 5+ years in a TPM or business operations role
- Experience working with SoC IP, licensing, and associated documentation
- Experience working with SoC design vendors/partners (contracts, NDAs, SOWs, etc.)
- Experience with EDA tool licensing agreements
- Experience working to develop and manage budgets for engineering organizations
- Track record of delivering big results across a multi-disciplinary engineering organization
- Proven ability to be a change agent for driving culture changes
- Proven ability to drive process improvements in an organization of hundreds of employees
- High EQ and comfortable influencing all levels of the organization
- Team-oriented professional with a commitment to driving both strategic and operational performance and improvement
- Strong organizational skills
- Executive level communication skills

Salary Range: $116,500 - $174,660 CAD.
The actual compensation offered will be based on individual skills, qualifications, and experience. We strive to ensure that all employees are compensated fairly and in line with market standards.
