Innovative technology, user-friendly platforms and streamlined delivery capabilities set us apart and make us an industry leader in the world of online food ordering. The Impact You Will Make:

As a Technical Program Manager, you’ll directly influence our ability to deliver innovative products. You'll work
at the intersection of our engineering, product, and business teams, translating complex technical initiatives
into clear, actionable plans. You will empower our engineering teams by bringing order to complex initiatives,

helping us stay ahead of the competition.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

Lead and Drive Programs: You'll manage a portfolio of 3-5 technical programs simultaneously, from inception

stakeholders are aligned.
Problem-Solve: You'll support our engineering teams by identifying potential roadblocks and developing
creative, effective solutions to keep programs on track.
Communicate and Adapt: You'll oversee all program communications, adapting your messaging to different
audiences, from engineers to executive leadership. You'll also be responsible for providing regular program
status updates.
Make Data-Driven Decisions: You'll use your judgment to make reasonable trade-off decisions and compile
data to help inform key business and engineering priorities.

What You Bring to the Table:

5-7 years of technical program management experience, or comparable experience, preferably in the tech or
food delivery industry.
Basic technical knowledge, including hands-on familiarity with tools like Jellyfish, Jira (with JQL), SQL,
Datadog, and Redash as well as solid understanding of engineering workflows and development cycles.
Exceptional organizational skills and a strong ability to navigate ambiguity.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to various
audiences, altering the language and level of detail as appropriate.
A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders with varying
technical backgrounds.
Ability to identify opportunities to improve operating efficiency and implement solutions.
