Job Description

We are looking for a driven and experienced full-cycle recruiter to help us build a world-class team of autonomous driving and robotics engineers as we scale AeroVect to some of the world’s largest airports and grow our team.

As a Technical Recruiter at AeroVect, you’ll recruit top talent and play an integral role in building the future of airport automation. You’ll partner closely with our leadership team to drive priorities and execute our hiring strategies.

You will manage the entire candidate process and experience end-to-end, including all areas of the recruitment process: generating pipelines, screening candidates, hiring, and onboarding new hires.

This role will focus heavily on autonomous driving engineering roles crucial to the success and growth of AeroVect, including localization, perception, planning, and controls.

In this role, you will

  • Bring top talent to AeroVect in a highly competitive market 

  • Partner closely with AeroVect’s founders and engineering leaders to collaborate on hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies

  • Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates

  • Deliver a high-quality and holistic candidate experience

  • Develop and deploy innovative recruiting techniques and processes to secure interest from prospective candidates (e.g. events, marketing, etc.)

  • Perform administrative duties necessary to support an active and intensive full-cycle recruiting process (e.g. scheduling calls and interviews, providing background information and materials, etc.). 

Required Qualifications

  • An exceptional track record of sourcing, recruiting, and closing top engineering talent 

  • 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience with at least 2 years in-house preferred

  • Highly motivated with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

  • Experience with Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or other ATS

Desirable Qualifications

  • Recruiting experience in robotics, industrial automation, autonomous vehicles 

  • Prior in-house recruiting experience
