About This Role and the Impact You Will Have:  

As the Technical Sales Manager for our Mevo product line, you’ll be at the forefront of driving sales growth and building valuable customer relationships. Your goal will be to create and implement effective sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our market presence for Mevo products. If you thrive on combining technical expertise with a practical, customer-focused approach to sales, we’d love to hear from you. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue targets and grow the market presence of Mevo products.
  • Identifying and engaging potential clients through networking, prospecting, and direct outreach.
  • Conducting technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of Mevo products to prospective clients.
  • Collaborating with the R&D teams to ensure alignment between product capabilities and customer needs.
  • Providing technical expertise and support during the sales process, including addressing customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the sales cycle.
  • Negotiating contracts, pricing, and agreements to close sales and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  • Preparing accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders. 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven track record in technical sales or business development within construction, manufacturing, or materials industries. Previous experience selling innovative or niche products is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of concrete principles and performance in the readymix and precast concrete markets.
  • Strong technical understanding with the ability to break down complex product specifications and communicate them clearly and effectively to a non-technical audience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • A genuine commitment to understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions that drive sales success.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients, attend industry events, and build relationships across various markets.
  • Resourceful and innovative approach to tackling challenges and finding effective solutions.
