REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years in technology project management, delivering complex projects successfully 
  • Expertise in driving successful technology transformations 
  • Understanding of business operations, especially in Financial Services 
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate teams and collaborate effectively 
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels 
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget 
  • Experience with managing onshore and offshore suppliers 
  • Comfortable using JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and collaboration 
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies 
  • Excellent at prioritizing and managing multiple tasks efficiently 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and calm under pressure 
  • Highly flexible in fast-changing environments 
  • Fluent in English 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead Strategic Projects: Oversee and drive key projects aligned with corporate goals, ensuring they deliver business value within agreed costs, timelines, and quality standards 
  • Manage Complex IT Change: Lead complex IT transformation projects, coordinating with IT teams and stakeholders for seamless integration of changes 
  • Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Provide regular updates on project progress, maintain transparency in reporting, and manage clear communication channels with stakeholders, ensuring complex technical issues are explained in non-technical terms 
  • Coordinate Multiple Teams: Manage and align multiple delivery teams, ensuring smooth integration and managing dependencies across various teams. Lead agile, waterfall, or hybrid methodologies 
  • Supplier Management: Collaborate closely with external suppliers to ensure deliverables meet project requirements, monitor performance, and maintain strong, productive relationships 
  • Data Migration & Decommissioning: Plan and execute data migration with minimal disruption to business operations, ensuring data integrity and coordinating with relevant stakeholders to validate successful execution 
  • Operational & Business Readiness: Work with Service Management, Technology Leadership, and Business Stakeholders to ensure the project is well-supported post-implementation and ready for business use 
  • Jira Management:Utilize Jira to track progress, manage issues, and report on project status. Ensure teams use Jira as the central tool for managing tasks and workflows 
  • Project Fundamentals: Manage project planning, budgeting, and capacity. Identify and handle risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID) to maintain momentum and avoid delays
