Job Purpose

In this role, you'll be responsible for handling inquiries from both potential and current M-KOPA customers interested in purchasing our products. Additionally, you'll play a key role in supporting the sales team to finalize transactions and cultivate strong customer connections.

Main Responsibilities

  • Inbound Leads fielding: You will receive calls and inquiries from potential customers enquiring about the acquisition of phones from the current portfolio of phones that we offer.

  • Conversation objectives: You will ensure the campaign achieves its conversions and goals to help us grow as a company.

  • Quality goals: You will ensure the quality of calling follows the set quality standards

  • Talk time goals: You will adhere to expected talk time benchmarks to maximize productivity

What we are looking for

  1. Qualifications: Possess a Certificate/Diploma or higher academic qualification.

  2. Experience: Have previous experience in the BPO or call center industry.

  3. Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in sales, communication, persuasion, and the use of basic tools like Outlook and Microsoft Office.

  4. Traits: Exhibit characteristics such as being result-oriented, self-driven, and having good ethics and integrity.
