This includes supporting product launches, driving market share, and aligning activities with key account plans. You will collaborate with and inspire internal teams and retail partners to ensure our brand presence is strong and commercially successful.

What you'll do:

  • Create and implement trade marketing plans that boost AEG/Electrolux brand visibility across retail partners in digital and physical channels.

  • Plan, execute, and evaluate the success of channel promotions and retailer incentives to maximize effectiveness.

  • Organise and deliver consumer and trade events in partnership with retailers, ensuring a high standard of execution and strong return on investment.

  • Track and manage trade marketing budgets, adjusting plans to optimize value and meet commercial targets.

  • Contribute to additional projects and business initiatives as needed, ensuring timely and effective delivery.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a commercial or marketing role.

  • Solid knowledge of UK retail and trade marketing practices.

  • Experience planning and executing digital and social media marketing campaigns.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights.

  • Ability to manage agencies effectively and deliver marketing objectives.

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI.

  • Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail and content creation.

  • Strong relationship-building skills, working across teams at local, European, and global levels.

  • Fluent in business English; additional European languages a plus.

Where you'll be:

This is an office-based position working from our Luton office. Hybrid working options are available. This role involves domestic travel (around 20% of the time) to visit retailer head offices, attend events, and manage trade activities across the UK.

Occasional international travel to European locations may be required, including overnight stays. You’ll be right in the action, ensuring AEG and Electrolux are represented with excellence wherever our partners need us.
