SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the TSS team in the UK & Ireland company.
The successful candidate will be guided with a training and development plan with an aim of them supporting the sales team and direct customers in specifying technically correct systems and how to use the products in the Marine and Protective markets.
The incumbent will also be required to conduct and conclude complaints handling by carrying out investigations, identification of possible root causes and documentation to conclude a complaint.

Key responsibilities include:

Support the sales teams by providing relevant documentation, proposing paint specifications and advising on project-specific procedures.

Build relationships with key stakeholders and ensure that they are familiar with the use of technical tools.

Responsibility for the complaints handling process - use investigations, analysis of possible root causes and reporting to execute the process of a conclusion.

Ensure that all technical inquiries from customers on product use are responded in a timely manner, ensuring the correct use of products/specifications.

Conduct internal and external training on technical matters to a wide range of audiences.
