This is a vital role within the Travel & Expenses function-a dynamic team within Takeda Business Solutions. We help our employees with their business expenses, corporate cards, and private spending reimbursement.
Here, you will help TBS realize our inspiring vision to build and deliver simplified, innovative solutions by unlocking the value of data for our global business. This, in turn, empowers Takeda's unwavering commitment to patients.
As a Travel & Expenses Specialist, you will take care of business-related expenditures, help our employees with their spend, and cooperate with our T&E solutions providers. Reporting to the Travel & Expenses Team Leader, you will be an innovative, trusted partner to business and our employees.

Accelerate value & make an impact by:

  • Being the first point of contact for T&E related questions
  • Performing internal controls
  • Managing corporate card program
  • Managing T&E related systems
  • Taking part in continuous improvement initiatives


Required qualifications:

  • Fluency in Ukrainian and Polish
  • Attention to detail
  • MS Office
  • SAP
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills


Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in Concur
  • T&E background
