Job DescriptionUniform Specialist is responsible for maintaining Uniform Service and ensuring the compliance with Company policies and procedures.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work with internal systems (JIRA, TTS, WIKI, Nevos etc.)
- Develop and maintain internal documentation for Evolution Uniform Service unit in compliance with general
- Company policies and supporting business needs;
- Communication with Evolution teams on design and delivery of new uniforms and revamp of the existing uniforms in compliance with general Company policies;
- Cooperation with Evolution Academy and Human Resources to ensure availability of uniforms for new hires/ collection of uniforms from employees leaving the company;
- Analyzing and resolving quality and service problems;
- Coordinating daily uniform service and maintaining stock of all uniforms;
- Keeping uniform storage and uniforms clean, tidy and efficiently organized;
- Performing other duties, as asked by the direct manager, which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications

Qualifications- Good level of English language verbal and written
- For the role you would need to have a good level of sewing ability as one of the tasks would be mending uniforms
- Experience and knowledge of Customer Service principles Self
- management and organization
- Good level of computer skills (MS Office)
- Approachable
- High sense of responsibility
- An analytical and proactive approach with keen attention to detail
- A keen skill for multi tasking along with good problem solving skills
- An approachable, energetic presence thriving in a high pressure environment
- Experience in the fashion / designing business will be considered an advantage
- Experience in sewing and clothe alteration will be considered an advantage
- Experience in working with Partners/Vendor
