Your Mission:

We are seeking a highly skilled Vice President of International Marketing to lead the global marketing efforts of our renowned pizza chain. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of brand management, international marketing dynamics, and the ability to drive sales and market share growth across diverse global markets. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities to manage a team of seasoned marketers, collaborate with franchisees, and inspire creative agencies to amplify our brand presence worldwide.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Develop Global Brand Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive global marketing strategies that align with the company's overall objectives while ensuring consistency and relevance across diverse international markets.
  • Adaptation of Strategies: Customize global brand strategies to meet regional market needs and cultural nuances, ensuring that messaging resonates effectively in each market while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Sales and Market Share Growth: Drive traffic and revenue growth through effective marketing initiatives, leveraging market insights and consumer trends to optimize performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strong leadership and direction to a team of experienced marketers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment to achieve marketing goals and KPIs.
  • Franchisee Engagement: Coach, engage and collaborate closely with franchise partners to align marketing efforts, support local initiatives, and ensure adherence to brand standards and guidelines.
  • Agency Management: Partner with creative agencies and media partners to develop impactful campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive consumer engagement globally.
  • Brand Consistency: Uphold brand consistency across all marketing channels, including advertising funds, media placements, and creative executions, to maintain a unified brand identity.
  • Budget Management: Set and manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve measurable results across international markets.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Commission and leverage market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies and adapt tactics accordingly.
  • Reporting and Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to senior management and stakeholders.

Who You Are:

  • Proven experience (15+ years) in senior marketing roles with a focus on international markets, ideally within the food and beverage or hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of global branding, market dynamics, and consumer behavior.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing high-performing marketing teams.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including franchisees and external agencies.
  • In-depth knowledge of advertising funds management, media planning, and creative development.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in market research, data analysis, and performance metrics.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
