  • Have a passion for visual design and an interest in building a career in the luxury fashion industry.
  • A considered eye for layout, imagery and detail, with an interest in how design translates across digital channels.
  • Curious and proactive, with a willingness to learn, respond positively to feedback and ask for support when needed.
  • Highly organised with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet agreed deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative approach to working with Creative, Marketing and wider business teams.

  • Researching visual trends, competitor activity and relevant references to inform design work and support the team’s creative development.
  • Preparing artwork using supplied briefs and templates, making straightforward amends and applying feedback from the Visual Designer and wider Creative team.
  • Assisting with initial layouts, mock-ups and presentation materials for team review, supporting the development of design ideas under guidance.
  • Maintaining visual inspiration and asset libraries, saving and labelling files accurately, and supporting updates to creative templates and design guidance.
  • Checking artwork for accuracy, brand consistency and correct formats, while building an understanding of the Reiss customer and the commercial purpose behind each brief.
  • Keeping project trackers and supporting documents up to date, taking meeting notes where required and following up on agreed actions.
  • Working collaboratively with Creative, Marketing and wider business teams, sharing progress and raising questions or missing information to help keep projects on track.
