Everything To Gain is searching for an accomplished and dynamic VP of Sales and Revenue Operations to lead our sales and revenue strategies. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring alignment between sales and marketing teams. You will play a key role in shaping our go-to-market strategy, establishing performance metrics, and implementing operational excellence initiatives across the organization.

As the VP of Sales and Revenue Operations, you will leverage your extensive experience to lead, mentor, and develop our sales force while fostering a culture of accountability and high performance. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to identify market opportunities, enhance sales capabilities, and ultimately maximize revenue.

  • Design and implement go-to-market (GTM) strategies that accelerate revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing sales teams across multiple regions or verticals.
  • Oversee revenue operations, ensuring pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and data integrity.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategy, drive lead quality, and enhance customer retention.
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities and competitive advantages.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, enterprise accounts, and strategic partners.
  • Analyze and communicate sales performance metrics to the executive team, turning insights into actionable strategies.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including 5+ years in a senior or executive-level role.
  • Proven record of exceeding revenue targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong background in go-to-market strategy, revenue operations, and performance analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale high-performing sales teams.
  • Expertise in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
