What will you be doing?



  • Advanced skills of time management are essential and the ability to prioritize work load for staff and themselves essential to meet deadlines.

  • Monitor all current processes to verify all relevant checks are carried out and approved prior 

  • Have a good understanding of the WEEE regulations.

  • Ability to explore multiple courses of action to arrive at the best solution for the business and the customer. Ability to review all possible solutions and implement the correct solution.

  • Keep up to date with Veolia’s business offerings and cascade this information to their team 

  • Drive continuous improvement to ensure Veolia’s customer service offering remains fit for purpose and customer centric

  • Seeks customer feedback and suggests improvements to current products and services. Identifies customer service issues and is proactive rather than reactive.

  • Understanding of market trends and the ability to strategically plan for upcoming opportunities is desired.

  • Understanding and embedding Veolia’s values in your daily operation

  • Understand the requirements of the administrator role and provide clear direction and guidance to the team.

  • Ensure that all required metrics are maintained and tracked to ensure that standards are met.

  • Handle customer escalations and provide feedback for coaching:

  • Be the point of contact for any customer escalations and provide feedback once resolved as a coaching opportunity for the team to improve their skills.

  • Handle customer escalations promptly and follow through to resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Effectively manage people development, staff sickness and disciplinary matters in line with Veolia HR policies to ensure that team members are supported and able to perform their duties.

  • Arrange interviews with potential new employees, undertake interviews and select suitable candidates to join the team.

  • Induct, train and mentor new starters to ensure that they understand their roles and responsibilities and can provide quality customer service.


What are we looking for?

  • Proven Stakeholder Management experience and working to deadlines:

  • Time Management and Decision Making ability:

  • Proficient autonomy is required to work independently and take initiative.

  • Previous experience of Leadership and Performance Management:

  • Performance management skills are necessary to ensure the team is meeting its objectives and providing quality customer service

  • Experience in the WEEE Regulations would be an advantage.
