Friska was founded in 2009 on the idea of Feel Good Food: fresh and creative food made from ingredients we’re proud of and served in a fun and friendly way. At Friska, our mission is to redefine expectations of how a breakfast and lunch place makes people feel. We want our food, service and values to make our customers feel great about visiting us and make them love what we do
