Responsibilities
- Maintaining all aspects of architecture of Printecs’ products providing Technical Consulting/Support to clients, partners and internal teams
- Identifying, understanding and translating business requirements into technical specifications
- Participate in the design of new products and features during sprint planning’s
- Participating in troubleshooting and customer support when required
- Preparing documentation (user manuals, specifications documents etc.) related to software solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Master's degree in Computer Science is a plus
- Strong coding skills, particularly in C#, with a solid understanding of .NET frameworks like .NET Core 3.1 and .NET 6
- Familiarity with web applications and JavaScript frameworks, preferably Angular 12+
- Good understanding of web service technologies, especially .NET RESTful APIs
- Proficient in SQL and relational databases, with experience in MS SQL Server 2012 or later
- Basic knowledge of integration, functional, and UI automation testing is an advantage
- Experience in cross-platform mobile development is a valuable asset
- Fluent in both Greek and English language
