We are currently recruiting for a Content Coordinator to join our Creative Studio team. We're looking for a methodical, detail-oriented and highly organised individual to coordinate brand assets and content production operations, ensuring copy and imagery are managed, delivered and maintained accurately and efficiently. 

About The Role  

As a Content Coordinator, you will work across three separate worfklows and play an integral role in supporting the delivery of assets across the business, acting as a key link between internal teams and external brand partners. Working closely with our Production, Copy and Post-Production teams, you will help drive efficient workflows, ensure content meets brand guidelines and supports the successful execution of seasonal campaigns. 

You will: 

  • Support the onboarding of new brand partners, providing guidance on content requirements, processes and deadlines. 
  • Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of Copy, Imagery and supporting materials, ensuring all assets are received, reviewed and shared within agreed timelines. 
  • Oversee seasonal requests for brand imagery, campaign assets and supporting content, proactively identifying and resolving any issues that may impact delivery. 
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external brand partners, managing submissions, resolving queries and maintaining effective working relationships. 
  • Collaborate with Production, Post-Production, Copy and Digital teams to manage priorities, coordinate updates and ensure workflows remain efficient, sustainable and trackable. 
  • Maintain accurate data management to facilitate weekly reporting across each workflow, while supporting the management of digital assets within our Digital Asset Management system. 
  • Lead Vendor Production updates in weekly divisional team meetings.
  • Responsible for coordinating resolve for any online product errors.
  • Oversee Brand Page Production and Weekly Reporting.

Confident using Excel and working with data, you are motivated by process improvement and finding more efficient ways of working. Most importantly, you'll bring a positive attitude, strong sense of ownership and a collaborative approach to supporting team success.
