The Impact of a Coupa Advantage Adoption Manager to Coupa: 


The Coupa Advantage Adoption Manager will drive continued adoption of the Coupa Advantage program across existing customers. Adoption efforts will be focused on The Coupa Advantage Marketplace, onboarding additional suppliers to existing customers and driving greater revenue with existing supplier integrations.

 

Coupa Advantage provides pre-negotiated pricing and easy to use supplier integrations to Coupa customers. This program is a value add to Coupa customers by driving more spend under contract, great pricing, and ready to use suppliers. Coupa Advantage suppliers benefit from customer referrals, increased awareness, operational efficiencies and revenue growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Primary responsibility is driving revenue growth of Coupa Advantage install base customers.
  • Keep regular contact with install base customers and provide frequent updates about new program solutions.
  • Conduct regular calls and touch points with customers.
  • Carrying out email campaigns to raise awareness for various offerings in the program.
  • Maintain a regular presence on Coupa marketing channels such as the Community Forum, Blog Posts and Newsletters.
  • Ensuring that every Coupa customer has exposure to the Coupa Advantage Marketplace.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with existing Coupa Advantage customers.
  • Work with suppliers to build and prove out business cases to win new business.
  • Collaborating with Customer Value Managers on presenting value based opportunities to install base customers.
  • Collaborating with the Coupa Advantage sales and operations teams to build strong working relationships in all phases of customer engagements.
  • Be a subject matter expert on the assigned solutions and suppliers.

What you will bring to Coupa:

  • 3+ years work experience, preferably in the Business Spend Management space.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task on several projects at the same time.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to absorb new information quickly in a constantly evolving environment

The estimated pay range for this role is as follows:

•Based in California: $76,500 -$90,000

•Based in Colorado: $67,575- $79,500

•Based in New Jersey: $76,500 -$90,000

•Based in New York: $76,500 -$90,000

•Based in Washington: $71,400 -$84,000


The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state.
