THE ROLE 📝
Reporting into our CHRO, you’ll play a critical role in our People function as the ‘heartbeat’ of our business. By identifying process improvements and driving workable solutions for change, you and your team will be shaping our company culture, driving employee engagement, and supporting the business strategy for sustainable growth. You’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of People Operations, including but not limited to:
- Managing and optimising the processes of all aspects of the employee lifecycle; contracting, onboarding through to off boarding.
- Identify and initiate process improvement (e.g. automation) projects across both People Operations and the wider People function.
- Lead our employee benefits and compensation programs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and that they are fit for purpose.
- Oversee Form3’s global payroll, including leading the relationship with our EOR and other payroll specific partners.
- Manage the HRIS database, ensuring the accurate recording and maintenance of People data.
- Overseeing the day-day People related queries (shared inbox and slack channel) and lead on People related internal communications.
- Own and enhance our people tech stack (People Systems, Vendors) and instigate full review of systems.
- Lead both internal and external audits to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, whilst putting in place robust and sustainable processes.
- Drive efficiencies across Form3’s complex employee footprint (UK, Europe, Americas)
- Lead the way on our new HR Analytics and Data enhancement journey.
- Build great working relationships with key stakeholders, particularly in payroll, IT and Finance
WE’RE LOOKING FOR 🔍
Essential
- 5+ years’ experience leading a People Operations team or experience with a similar process improvement role.
- Experience working with global employees (UK/EU/Americas)
- Managed global employee benefits and compensation programmes of work (ideally in a startup and/or scale-up business)
- Led global payroll teams (EOR / outsource / in-house)
- Managed and led People vendors improvements / enhancements (including HRIS)
- Stakeholder Management at C-level (OR equivalent)
Desirable
- CIPD Qualified
- Experience in a fast-paced Fintech/Technology company
- Managed the implementation of new people systems (HRIS)
- Led internal/external audits, ideally across regulated industries
